My path was very non-traditional before discovering my career in insurance. I graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s in Business Marketing, served proudly in the United States Army as a combat veteran, managed and operated several small businesses, and enjoyed a successful music career as a touring DJ for 12 years before finding my place in financial services in January 2020.
Building and growing a team has been the most rewarding experience of my life. I cherish the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals every day. The culture we’ve created, combined with the unlimited income potential, aligns perfectly with my lifelong aspirations. I feel extremely blessed to be part of a community of leaders who inspire and push each other to live our best lives and hit our long term goals.
Being born and raised in Tampa, then moving to San Diego where Kerry and I first met, and finally returning to Tampa where we are now establishing our roots with Self Made Financial feels like a dream come true. My extensive background across various industries has deepened my appreciation for the financial services sector and its potential for our future family. Since starting in insurance in 2021, I’ve gained valuable industry knowledge, which has made me an effective trainer in setting up our agents for success. The most fulfilling aspect of this journey for me has been training, being involved in the beginning of our agents’ careers, and witnessing their success stories unfold.
